Merovingians
The “Mero-” or “Mer-” element in the name suggests a sea or ocean (see Old English “mere,” Latin “mare,” or even the Modern English word “mermaid”, etc.). The “Salian” in “Salian Franks” may be a reference to salt, a reminder of their pre-migration home on the shores of the North Sea (alternatively, it may refer to the Isala or IJssel river behind which their homeland, the Salland, may have been located).
Probably we are heading towords the most controversial subject matter.
But I am helpless.For long time I was reading and persuing facts about the present “Afghan problem”. During this search on internet ,I come across so many new facts that lead me towards “ Ram”… “Vanvasi Ram”.
“Ram” means a warrior who fights for Mother India ( Bharatvarsh). Ram means a warrior who choose to go to “vanvas”(Exiled) to save Mother India.Ram means the sons of Ikshvaku. Ram means suryavanshi ( Sunline )warrior of Aryavrat .
This book is written ,out of gratitude towards Great warriors, who chosen the path of sacrifice and “vanvas”(Exile) to defend “ the gates of India”. Unfortunately we forget them all.
Now let us go straight towards the facts that leads us towards our “Ram”…..Vanvasi Ram….!
King Merovech

According to another legend, Merovech was conceived when Pharamond’s wife encountered a Quinotaur, a sea monster which could change shapes while swimming. Though never stated, it is implied that she was impregnated by it. This legend was related by Fredegar in the seventh century and may have been known earlier. The legend is probably a back-formation or folk etymology used to explain the Salian Franks’ origin as a sea coast dwelling people and was based on the name itself. Yes , It is beginning ….the history unfolds its truth , with the help of the legendary king “Merovech”..In coming facts we will see that the Merovingian king’s ancestors were the great defenders of the gates of India, the kings of Kabul and Zabul, whose name has been all but forgotten by an ungrateful people. These were men of peerless courage and a soul of steel forged in the fire of war. They were the sword arm of Dharma, defending the land of the Bharatavarsh against those who would seek to defile it by their touch.

Merovingian dynasty
“ The Merovingians (also Merovings) were a Salian Frankish dynasty that Merovech came to rule the Franks in a region (known as Francia in Latin) largely corresponding to ancient Gaul from the middle of the 5th century. Their politics involved frequent civil warfare among branches of the family. During the final century of the Merovingian rule, the dynasty was increasingly pushed into a ceremonial role. The Merovingian rule was ended March 752 when Pope Zachary formally deposed Childeric III.
Zachary’s successor, Pope Stephen II, re-confirmed and crowned Pepin the Short in Childeric’s place in 754 beginning the Carolingian monarchy and early introduction of the Holy Roman Empire.
They were sometimes referred to as the “long-haired kings” (Latin reges criniti) by contemporaries, for their symbolically unshorn hair (traditionally the tribal leader of the Franks wore his hair long, as distinct from the Romans and the tonsured clergy). The term “Merovingian” comes from medieval Latin Merovingi or Merohingi (“sons of Merovech”), an alteration of an unattested Old West Low Franconian form, akin to their dynasty’s Old English name Merewiowing .
The Merovingian dynasty owes its name to the semi-legendary Merovech (Latinised as Meroveus or Merovius), leader of the Salian Franks, and emerges into wider history with the victories of his son Childeric I (reigned c.457 – 481) against the Visigoths, Saxons, and Alemanni. Childeric’s son Clovis I (481 – 511) went on to unite most of Gaul north of the Loire under his control around 486, when he defeated Syagrius, the Roman ruler in those parts.
Very little is in fact known about the course of the 7th century due to a scarcity of sources, but Merovingians remained in power until the 8th century.
Clotaire’s son Dagobert I (died 639), who had sent troops to Spain and pagan Slavic territories in the east, is commonly seen as the last powerful Merovingian King.

Yes, my search began with the names of Merovingian kings
The king names Guntram , Sigebert III and Dagobert II and their “ long hair”, puzzled me. My intuition compeled me to go for further details.And the details I encountered plunged me into the sea of deep pathos, sorrows and grief.
Yes , it is Holy blood. It is Holy blood of the world.They ever suffer on befalf of people.They ever choose the path of Exile ,suffering and sacrifices , the path chosen by their great ancestors. Unfortunately , people worship their ancestors but don’t recognise them.The “Vanvas” of Ram still continue.
Now let me conyey you the facts that plunged me into deep pathos and anguish.
(1) I come accross the fact that there is a “Merwede river”
The Merovingian Dynasty probably derived its name from this river. (See Emil Rückert ) .
“ Merwede river”
The Merwede (etymology uncertain, possibly derived from the ancient Dutch (Merwe or Merowe) word meaning “wide water”) is the name of several interconnected stretches of river in The Netherlands, all part of the Rhine-Meuse-Scheldt delta. The Meuse river joins the Waal at Woudrichem to form the Boven Merwede (Upper Merwede). A few kilometers downstream it splits into the Beneden Merwede (Lower Merwede) on the right and the Nieuwe Merwede (New Merwede) on the left. All these rivers are tidal. The Nieuwe Merwede joins the Bergse Maas near Lage Zwaluwe to form the Hollands Diep estuary, and separates the Island of Dordrecht from the Biesbosch National Park. The Beneden Merwede splits into the Noord River and Oude Maas near Papendrecht.
In medieval times there was no such distinction. The Merwede (or “Merwe” in Middle Dutch) was the name of a continuous stretch of river, considered to be the lower part of the river Waal (being a major distributary branch of the Rhine). Although the name Merwede is currently only used between the towns of Woudrichem and Papendrecht, during its early history it carried on his name all the way to the sea – including the rivers currently named Noord river and Nieuwe Maas.
The situation changed during the later Middle Ages, when a major flood forced the Meuse river to shift its main course towards the Merwede as well. From that moment on, several stretches of the original Merwede were named Meuse instead and served as the primary outflow of that river. These are currently known as the Oude Maas and Nieuwe Maas. However, during another series of severe floods (such as the St. Elizabeth flood) the river Meuse (and, to a lesser extent, the river Rhine as well) found an additional path towards the sea, resulting in the creation of the Biesbosch and Hollands Diep. Because of this, the influence of the river Meuse on its former estuary branches slowly diminished. In recent centuries the influence of the Meuse has decreased even further, to the point that the major stretches of river called Oude Maas and Nieuwe Maas were essentially cut off from the river Meuse completely.
(2) Maru / Manu / mermaid
Historian J.P. Mittal mentions in his book “History of ancient India From 4250 b.c. to 637 A.d.” that the term “Maru” and “Manu” are similar terms . ( P.395)
(3) Toxandria / Taksh shila
Toxandria was the classical region in Netherlands and Belgium. The Salian Franks that settled the area in the 4th century became known as Toxandrians. These tribes gave rise to the Merovingian dynasty that came to dominate what is now Belgium and France.
CHARLES WILLIAM WASON helps us to know about the term “Toxandria”. In his book “The ancient geography of India” he m entioned that…
“The copper plate obtained by Mr.Roberts ,containing the name of Takhasila,the Pali form of Takshasila, from which the greek obtained their Taxila.”

I felt something like” Marwad” and “ Takshashsila” bubbling there in Netherland .
(4) Lakki Marwat in Hindukush
Further we can find “ Lakki Marwat “ District in the North-West Frontier Province of present day Pakistan.
Lakki Marwat is in Banu district (Pak). Britisher called it Paradise
Lakki Marwat is one of the Southern District of Khyber PakhtunKhawa in Pakistan. It was created as an administrative District on July 1, 1992, prior to which it was a Tehsil of Bannu District.
Etymology of word explains us that there are two different stories about the “Lakki” part of the District’s name. One story says that since the main town of current District Head Quarter lies at the bottom or tail (called as “Lakai” in local dialect) of the entire geographic area inhabited by Marwat tribe therefore, it is called Lakai or Lakki Marwat. Another story links this name to one Lakki Ram or Lukko Ram, a Hindu trader who is considered to be the original founder of this town. .
The second part of astory says that the District’s name comes from the warrior tribe of Marwat who has inhabited the entire area for several centuries.
” Lakki derives from Pali language, which is equivalent of Laksmi, goddess of beauty and fortune. The last part of its name is “emarta’watta ”( AmritaWatta) means source of elixir. By the revages of time it changed to Marwat. It is a metaphor for the river Gambeela.”
Some mentions it as “Lakh (lac) Marwad” too.
Bannu : Paradise Lost
Bannu District is one of the twenty four districts of the Khyber PakhtunKhawa province of Pakistan, it is represented in the Provincial Aseembly by four MPAs. The chief city of the district is Bannu. The major industries are cloth weaving and the manufacture of cotton fabrics, machinery, and equipment. Bannu is famous for its weekly Jumma fair. Bannu is very green amidst rugged and dry mountains and has very fertile land. Early English visitors called it a “paradise”.

Learned Historian of Kumaon region shri Badri Datt Pandey wrote history of Kumaon .He says that Katyuri kings came from Ayodhya. They were of Bargujar clan and direct descendent of Lau ,edler son of Shri Ram. Now find “Catuvellauni ” , Brigantes ,Gangani and Causi (River Kaushiki) tribes in Britain.We find Lau nandan (Lowonidonjon that is LOndon) and River Tamas (Temes -Thames) in Britain.. We find Gwyddel and Kumaon (Cumbria in Britain. The Belgic tribes (Bargujar -Brabant) tribes also entered Britain. Then HOuse of Lauven is it not clear clue to Lau nandan?
